Getting the house isn't always the win.

One of the most important conversations I have with buyers is knowing where their comfort level ends before emotions take over.

There are times when we negotiate, push to get the best possible terms, and ultimately get the house. There are also times when we reach the number my client is comfortable with and decide to walk away.

And that's okay.

My goal isn't to get every offer accepted. It's to make sure my clients never feel pressured to go beyond what makes sense for them just to get a deal done.

I'll always fight to get my clients the home they want, but protecting their best interests comes first.

Sometimes that means getting the keys. Sometimes that means walking away.

We’re looking to add some new faces to Keystone Professional Alliance!

KPA is a local networking group made up of professionals from different industries. We meet regularly to build relationships, make connections, and help each other grow our businesses.

One thing that makes our group a little different is that we don’t allow overlapping businesses, so each profession has its own spot in the group.
