Kindy, here is something to think about. When you schedule a showing and decide you no longer want to come but don't notify us, you are taking the spot for someone else who is in need of housing. I only schedule so many, so if you decide not to show up, then other applicants are missing out and we may or may not have to do another day of showings for other applicants. This is why we have a policy that we will not schedule another showing with you on future listings. It is inconsiderate of our time and the other applicants. This has happened three times this week. This is often why landlords charge the application fee up front. We have tried to keep our pre-screening application free, but with the frequency of no-shows we may need to reevaluate how we do things. Please take this into consideration when scheduling.
