I have also participated in the distressed property markets helping sellers in distress minimize the adverse effects and repercussions from their predicament and watching them move on to less stressful situations. I have also negotiated the purchase of distressed properties for clients some of whom converted the distressed property into homes for themselves and their families. Some of my buyer clients for distressed properties have also rehabilitated the distressed properties and resold them or used them as rentals, a basis to accumulate wealth in favored tax advantaged manners. I grew up on working ranches is south western Wyoming where I learned a definition of hard work and long days. I was educated in electronics in Idaho which resulted in employment in the Bay area for a government sponsored research facility. This employment also facilitated continued education resulting in a degree in Statistics. The time in the Bay area also resulted in my appreciation of the intermountain west and my first real estate experience. My wife and I purchased a home which we were able to resell at a considerable profit. We chose to move to Utah as the place to create and raise a family, our most notable achievement. I chose to become a full time Realtor after a career in medical equipment development and experience's as a small retail business owner. I have been fortunate to have been able to experienced being a scoutmaster, a varsity scout advisor, and managing a volunteer tax preparation site under the direction of the IRS.
