Is buying a house on your 2025 bingo card? 🏡👏

PLEASE don’t just hire your cousin’s friend’s neighbor because they have their license.🫠

Here are some things I’d actually look for in a buyer’s agent (as someone who is a Realtor):

✅ Someone who teaches, not just tours
✅ Someone who says “don’t buy this” when it’s a bad deal
✅ Someone who knows how to win without overpaying
✅ Someone who keeps me grounded when I spiral
✅ Someone who fights for my best interest and truly has my back

Because choosing based on obligation could cost you a lot more than feelings.

Thinking about selling? Then pretty please—do NOT just hire the agent who gives you the highest price or the lowest commission.

If I were selling my house right now, here’s what I’d look for in a Realtor:

✅ Someone who has a real launch plan, not just a listing
✅ Someone who has experience with houses like mine. And lots of it.
✅ Someone who hires professional photographers and stagers
✅ Someone who knows how to price to win, not just what the Zillow Zestimate says
✅ Someone who defends my equity like it’s their own
✅ Someone who understands that selling is emotional—even if I act cool 😎

This Father’s Day is extra special because it’s shared with the birthday of our perfect little girl who made you a daddy. 🩷

Just when you think you can’t love your husband anymore, you watch him become a father, and suddenly that love deepens immeasurably.

From day one, you’ve embraced your Girl Dad Era. From building her dream room while she was still growing in my belly, to diving in and changing as many diapers as you could, to being “Doctor Dad,” to uncontrollable giggle sessions, to epic daddy naps, to “daddy, come dance!”… you are teaching our girl in all the big and small ways what it means to be loved by the first man whose world revolves around her.

Happy Father’s Day to the greatest daddy I could’ve hoped for our Sofia to have. Her daddy, her partner in crime, her best friend. We love you. 🥰

Today is my FAVORITE day because it’s the day you came into our lives and changed our world forever. 🥰

Watching you grow this year from a baby to a toddler and such a sweet, spunky, feisty, smart, funny little girl has brought us more joy than I ever could have imagined.

We thought we missed it… 😩
But God (and a little persistence) had other plans.

The first day we toured homes, we found the one—but the seller had JUST accepted another offer. My buyers were 💔 heartbroken. We moved on, kept looking, and just when we were about to write an offer on something else… the original deal fell through.

We moved fast, and this time? It was meant to be. 👏

Real estate can be a rollercoaster—but sometimes, the perfect home comes back around. 🎢

This one was special. My buyers fell in love with this Old Seminole Heights home the moment they walked in—but they weren’t the only ones. Another offer came in at the exact same time as ours. 😩

We got the news: We weren’t the highest offer. BUT! We were thoughtful, strategic, and prepared—and that made all the difference… and our offer was ACCEPTED. Hello, emotional roller coaster. 😅🎢
