August’s numbers show a Hillsborough County market with more options for buyers, while homes are still moving.

The median sale price for single-family homes came in at $445,000, with 1,505 closed sales and 4.0 months of inventory. That additional inventory gives buyers more room to compare properties and make thoughtful decisions, while sellers are competing in a market where pricing and presentation matter.
