Starting Pay: $20/hour Full-time

We are a real estate sign and lockbox installation company supporting top agents in Utah. Our team is known for being reliable, fast, and detail-oriented—we take pride in helping listings stand out and making agents’ lives easier.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual to install and remove real estate signs. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and being on the road.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be running routes installing and removing real estate signs and lockboxes. We service sign orders across the Wasatch front from Logan all the way to Utah County and Park City to Tooele. This role will be based out of our Ogden Warehouse where you will start and end each day and will mostly stay in the northern part of our service area. You’ll be driving our company vehicle, gas and all related expenses covered. This is a fast-paced, on-the-road role where efficiency matters.
• Knock out installs and pickups quickly and correctly
• Plan your routes and stay ahead of schedule
• Make every sign look clean, straight, and professional
• Complete orders on our online system
• Some warehouse work putting signs away/cleaning and help building signposts as needed
• Handle problems without needing your hand held
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 20–40 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently
• Basic smartphone skills (for route tracking/apps/photos)
Bonus Points If You:
• Have any experience finding difficult addresses or delivery experience and/or real estate industry experience of any kind
• Want more responsibility over time
Schedule:
• Flexible hours between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Monday–Friday
• 40 hours per week
