Successfully SOLD this home in North Ogden! However, the home inspection revealed that both the house and the large detached garage needed new roofs. This transaction was definitely challenging, but I was able to negotiate for both roofs to be replaced before closing - giving my Buyers peace of mind for years to come.

We successfully negotiated a price lower than the asking price and even secured the seller's assistance with covering their loan closing costs.
