Dedicated Realtor® specializing in helping clients navigate today’s real estate market with confidence. I now reside in South Windham.

From start to finish, I bring market knowledge, negotiation skills, and a commitment to making your move as smooth as possible I'm Missy Haagensen, a passionate and dedicated real estate agent working with Carl Guild & Associates! With a strong background in sales and marketing, I bring over 16 years of valuable experience to the table. Originally from Portland, CT, I was a proud resident of Colchester for over two decades. Colchester is a beautiful town, where I raised my two wonderful boys. They have since grown up, gotten married, and embarked on their own journeys, allowing me to fully dedicate my time and energy to my real estate career. Before venturing into real estate, I worked for a high-end lighting company catering to architects and discerning interior designers. My role took me all over the United States, working closely with showrooms, sales representatives, and clients. This experience honed my sales and negotiation skills and taught me the importance of building strong, lasting relationships with clients. Real estate has become my true passion. I am genuinely fascinated by every aspect of the process, from researching properties to ensuring each client finds their perfect home. Finding the right property involves meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of my client's unique needs and preferences. It is my commitment to go above and beyond to provide exceptional service and guide my clients through every step of their real estate journey. When you choose to work with me, you can expect a dedicated, trustworthy, and knowledgeable agent who will prioritize your goals and work tirelessly to exceed your expectations. Whether you're a first-time homebuyer, looking to upgrade, or seeking an investment opportunity, I will be by your side, providing expert guidance and support throughout the entire process. If you're ready to embark on an exciting real estate adventure, don't hesitate to reach out. I would be delighted to assist you in finding your dream home or maximizing the potential of your property. Let's make your real estate dreams a reality together!

MONDAY MORNING HUMOR!

Happy Monday!

I woke up this morning ready to conquer the world!

Then I remembered I had to get out of bed, put on real clothes, and actually talk to people. 🤣

So I've adjusted my goals...

Drink coffee
Look productive
Try not to lose my mind before Friday!

Who's running on motivation today, and who's running on caffeine and pure stubbornness?

Some great advice from a great firm!!

A message from Ralph:

As many families are starting to navigate the FAFSA process, I wanted to share a resource that may be helpful.

Through my work with Collegiate Funding Solutions, I’ve seen how valuable it can be for families to have guidance as they think through college funding, financial aid, and the decisions that come with this stage of life.

If you, a friend, or a family member is working through FAFSA questions or broader college funding planning, I’d be happy to connect and see whether we may be able to be of assistance. Feel free to reach out anytime — even if it’s just to point someone in the right direction.
