EMILY & ANTHONY - I met these guys through a mutual business partner and I’m so glad I did! This house was actually very popular and had multiple offers. But Emily and Anthony were willing to work with me to strategize how we could take what they had and make it into a winning offer 💪 and I’m so happy because now they’re in their new home just in time to host Super Bowl 🏈 😉 stay silly guys and remember to keep laughing when you’re hauling in your new cloud ☁️ couch! 🤣💕

They made an AWESOME deal on this stunning colonial in Hebron that is large enough to host all their family and friends! I typically refrain from sharing things like this on social media, because real estate has never been a competition for me and my clients are so much more to me than a number. But upon seeing this pop up on my feed this morning and reflecting on my soon to be 7 years in real estate - I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to publicly share just how much all of your support means to me 💙

2️⃣ more investment wins in Glastonbury today ✨ Two different clients, same goal - to expand their real estate portfolios 🏡🏠🏡 I even found one of these properties before ever hitting the public market 👀

I’d be remiss if I didn’t give a special thanks to who co-broke probably the most challenging deal in my real estate career yet 😅 The deal would have died months ago in the hands of other realtors, but we saw our clients to the finish line despite all the challenges thrown our way!

LIVY AND ANDRES - we all met, in probably my favorite way to meet, which is I helped some very cool people buy a house a few years ago and they introduced me to some more cool people who I helped buy a house earlier this year and then THEY introduced me to Livy and Andres….who I helped buy a house! The reason I love meeting people this way is because my clients are AWESOME and that most likely means their friends and family are equally as great 😎

The best part about Livy and Andres is they always rolled with the punches…even at our first showing ever where we found a 💩 on the basement floor. A first for me as well, but we all just laughed! That’s when I knew we would be great friends 🤣 They didn’t get that house, they got a WAY better house, and I couldn’t be more happy for them and their future ahead 🥰

ALISON AND JARED - This wasn’t the FIRST house Alison and Jared were under contract for but this was THE HOUSE that was meant for them from the beginning ☺️ And isn’t it funny how things work out like that?? In a beautiful neighborhood close to all the coolest spots in Manchester - could not be happier for you guys making it to the finish line and starting this new chapter!

ALETA✨- I met Aleta through her son 💸 Our first time seeing houses was a family affair and immediately I felt like I was part of that! After living in Maine for many years, it was time to move closer to the family, so like a team of superheroes 🦸 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️, we used our powers to get Aleta the perfect house and her FIRST offer got accepted! Now she’s closer to her family and has the space to host them 😁

I could have never imagined that this house would sell for $126,000 over list price - I probably would have said “the day pigs fly” BUT THEN a woman who rescues pigs 🐖 walked into my open house and told me they had been searching for the perfect property to continue their pig rescue efforts and that this was the place! I’m so happy for the new buyers and my sellers - you know I have a special place in my ❤️ for someone who helps animals!
