Hamptons Weekly Market Update | Westhampton to Montauk | September 7–14, 2026
Fewer deals, stronger numbers. Eleven homes closed this week against 24 in the same week last year, yet the median sale price climbed to $3.3M from $2.4M, and sellers held firm at 96% of list. With 29 new listings and 22 homes moving into contract, fall inventory is arriving right on cue.
