wintertime- prepare your investment by turning off all outside watersources such as hoses, sprinklers, fountains, etc. Wouldnt hurt to change your filters and smoke detector batteries as well. And if you have a humidifier...... set for winter. Wear your seat belts, eat your veggies too! Happy holidays!

This weeks funny- as always, I present my business card to homeowners when arriving at property to conduct an appraisal. This owner skeptically asked me how she could know if I was really the person on the card ? I replied" I've always been me."She said "OK" and let me in!

Hopefully you are aware of the fact that one can appeal their RE taxes usually with good results.
