Update on the gates….the repairs should take place Tuesday and they should be back working then.

I wanted to give everyone an update on the gate. There was a power surge to the control panel from the last storms. The part has been ordered and will be repaired as soon as it comes in. Thanks for your patience.

The pool will open Memorial Day. We have a water leak at the moment and the restrooms are closed due to having no water. We have the plumber trying to get it fixed so that we can clean the chairs and open restrooms back up.

We have had the meter put back down at the entrance to get the sprinklers working and will have the landscaper putting additional shrubs, flowers and mulch at the entrance this Wednesday. The gate is scheduled to be repaired the following Wednesday.

Cardiff Garden HOA Meeting May 21st beginning at 5 pm. The meeting will take place at the pool house! We hope to see everyone there! 😊

Just a follow up….both the entry and exit gates will remain open until Precision can come out and address the issues. Thank you for your patience in this matter.

We are having issues with the entry box at the entrance gate. I have called Entergy to confirm power wasn’t the issue. If it isn’t power, then we will have it serviced. Most remotes are still working to open gates. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Just wanted to follow up with everyone on the exit gate…Precision come out last Friday and looks as if the bearing is wore out but has been ordered. Byron will ask to have it remain open until repaired. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Good morning Cardiff Gardens. I just wanted to let everyone know on S. Gilless Point that Hetal is aware of the issues with sand/mud on the road and has plans to get it cleaned up asap. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
