When there's that white stuff outside and the temperature is 23 but feels like 12 degrees, I try and work from home!

An article popped up from Newsbreak that came from the Associated Press. The jest of the article was.... rates are going down! They are currently at an 8 week low and the lowest since late December! The average rate fell to 6.85% from 6.87% last week. A year ago, it averaged 6.9%. 1 truly believe rates will continue to come down. Maybe at a slower rate than we all would like but they are at least headed in the right direction.
