Ken Adams, Olive Branch Mayor is pleased to share an important update regarding the development formerly known as The Cascades. A new development company has officially acquired the property and will move the project forward under a new name: Dove’s Landing.

This new name reflects both a fresh beginning and a thoughtful connection to the history and character of Olive Branch. It represents renewal, stability, and a long-term commitment to quality that aligns with our City’s vision and brand. You can see the new brand identity depicted in the rendering posted below.

The new ownership team is fully committed to completing this development in a way that brings meaningful and positive impact to our community. City leadership is actively engaged with the developers to help ensure progress, accountability, and success.
