Tom Truong has a passion for real estate like no other. Tom is a Real Estate Coach/Mentor/Sales Professional, a Developer, an Investor, an entrepreneur and most importantly he understands the importance of giving back to his community. Leveraging his passions has helped him build successful real estate sales brokerages, house flipping, hard money lending, real estate investments, residential & commercial rental businesses. Tom leads a multi international sales team, assisting thousands of clients achieve their real estate buying and selling goals. Tom continues to coach real estate professionals, enabling agents systems and tools to realize their own successes.
His involvement in non-profit work spans across North America. Tom shows his enthusiasm in supporting the American Dream in making home ownership possible. He lobbies with NAR, MAR and AREAA on housing issues that affect the general public, serving the interests of homeowners, property owners and investors. He served as the 2019 National President for the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), and continues to give back to Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR), the Greater Boston Association of Realtors (GBAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
An early adopter of Homevestors (the “We Buy Ugly Houses” brand), AirBnb, eXp Realty, Tom’s Team continues to flip houses, add to his rental portfolio, service his real estate clients’ and investor’s by helping them continue to build upon their real estate holdings.
