There is no greater compliment than being trusted by returning clients.
A few months back I received and unexpected email from a family I helped in the past. They were looking to purchase a home in the Southbury area that would give them privacy, plenty of interior room for their family, and in-law space/potential.
Our search spanned the towns of Woodbury, Middlebury, Southbury, and Roxbury. We explored everything from fixer-uppers full of potential to beautifully updated homes. Despite seeing homes that spanned a wide range of their healthy budget, we were not finding a property that had the right balance of existing features and potential for expansion.
