🎉 Hey Sandhills friends! 🎉

I’m Kristy Beversdorf, Owner and Broker-in-Charge of Everything Pines Commercial, and I figured it was about time I popped in and said a proper hello!

👋 A little about me: I was raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania—yes, just a skip away from Hershey… as in the chocolate (AKA the good stuff 🍫). I landed my first real estate job in a commercial real estate office as an administrative assistant, handling marketing and helping behind the scenes. I was incredibly fortunate to have some amazing mentors there who sparked my passion for commercial real estate.

💼 Fast forward—after gaining that foundational experience, life took a fun turn when I met my now-husband (believe it or not, in the Baltimore airport while traveling with my oldest son!). That unexpected moment led me to Fayetteville, NC, where I continued my work in commercial real estate and kept learning from peers in the industry. Eventually, I thought, why not give this a real shot? I got my license, joined Everything Pines Partners, and dove into both residential sales and rentals. I loved it—but commercial still had my heart.

✨ With a whole lot of encouragement and support from my fellow agents, I made the leap and launched Everything Pines Commercial, proudly serving the Sandhills and surrounding areas.

🏡 Home Life: I live in Harnett County with my husband, Jeff, and together we have a blended crew of four boys (yes... four boys combined—send coffee 😂), along with our two wild and lovable Labs, Sarge and Major. When I’m not scouting commercial sites or networking with local businesses, you can usually find me soaking up time at home with my crew.

🤝 My mission: To serve our community with honesty, hustle, and heart—and to make commercial real estate feel a little less intimidating and a lot more exciting!
