Ashley Bartels, Carolina Property Sales

Ashley Bartels was born in Medford, OR and has moved all over the world thanks to growing up in the military and then marrying into the Army! She comes from a background of over 5 years in real estate and brings excellent communication and understanding of the moving process to bear when working with her real estate clients. Her skills in management and marketing give her a unique insight into how

to market properties and how to negotiate. Ashley entered the Real Estate world in order to have a more flexible schedule to be her own boss, to be there for her daughter as she grows and to be able to help other people accomplish homeownership! Ashley is married and lives in the beautiful Southern Pines, NC with her husband of 15 years, their daughter and their zoo (two dogs, one rabbit that thinks he's a dog and one dragon). She spends her free time finding volunteer opportunities within the community, reading, hanging out with my family and friends, and traveling whenever possible!
