Winter storm prep checklist ❄️🏠

With cold weather coming in, here are a few easy things you can do to protect your home and avoid surprises:

• Cover or wrap outdoor faucets
• Disconnect hoses and drain them
• Set your thermostat to at least 55° (even if you’re away)
• Open cabinet doors under sinks to let warm air circulate
• Stock up on essentials just in case (flashlights, batteries, water)

If you have a pool:
• Make sure the pump is running during freezing temps
• Set the freeze-protection mode if your system has one
• Don’t turn the pump off overnight when temps drop below freezing
• If unsure, check with your pool company — frozen pipes = expensive repairs

A little prep now can save a lot of stress later. Stay warm and safe out there! ❄️💙
