Who We Are:
Matt and Jody Bamber, a husband and wife team located in Moore County. Matt, originally from Massachusetts, relocated to the area for work as a pharmacist at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital. Jody has worked in the photography industry for 17 years and relocated to Moore county from Fredericksburg, VA when they were married. Soon after they were married, they got a German Shepherd puppy and recently welcomed their newest member to the team, their daughter Aurora.

Why We Are Agents:
Since Matt and Jody both relocated to the area, they realized there was a need for support in the real estate market for others relocating and wanting to know the area better. The couple also found interest in real estate investment, primarily focusing on flipping homes and rental properties.

What We Do:
• Assists sellers in understanding the current market and maximizing the experience of listing their home for sale
• Serves buyers in purchasing their dream home by finding a selection of properties that meet their needs and desires as well as walking them through and helping understand the home buying process
• Helping tenants find their ideal rentals

With an understanding of the real estate investment market, the Bamber Team strives to find the best value in homes for their clients. They also have understanding of what it means to relocate and work hard to help to feel acclimated to the area. Since the Bamber’s work as a team, they are readily available to answer questions and provide service that is normally provided by one agent.
With Matt’s background in pharmacy, he has a strong attention to detail in looking at homes and contract management. With Jody’s background in photography and small business, she is able to highlight the best attributes of properties by photographing homes listed at no cost to clients.
