This month has been so much fun!
Not only did I get to help my repeat buyers secure even more land for their portfolio, but I also had the privilege of helping one of the sweetest sellers sell her very first home. An investment property built in 1970 that has served her well for many years.
On top of that, I had the opportunity to work with a new buyer relocating from Florida, and we're officially under contract on this beautiful home in Pinewild! We are scheduled to close in August.
We also took some time away to enjoy Memorial Day vacation with our family, reflecting on and honoring the brave men and women whose sacrifices make our freedom possible. It was a wonderful reminder of what truly matters.
