Hi All, I just had wanted to say ,Thank you to a few of my dear friends. I recently had eye surgery on the 20th of September t the Sugery Center in Pinehurst. My husband as prepared to take care of me, farm & animals while I was reoperating. On the22nd I knew that they was something REALLY wrong. I felt awful, fever, body aches, headache were some of the symptoms. I was diagnosed with COVID and upper respiratory issues. Just two days later my husband was diagnosed with COVID. Late Thursday evening (early morning) I found him passed out on the bathroom floor. I called 911 and he was admitted in the hospital following his arrival to the ER. You can imagine how overwhelmed I was .
Many SUPER friends came to my rescue.
My dear friend Mary Wright that brought me food, took care of feeding my horses, walked Phannie. Who called me daily to make sure that I was okay.
My friend Darlene Vickers who came late at night to walk Phannie .
My dear new friend Heather Medlin that came right over to help fed and clean up the paddocks and take care of the horses on her days off.
Cliff Brown for generously mowing and trimming the property.
My friend Ellen keller that relented to stay in NY and not drive down here to take care of me. Who provided daily check ins and support.
We are both home now recovering. We wish to extend a Heartfelt thank you to you All. I don't know what I would have done without your help and kindness.
