I’m so excited for my buyers who just closed on their first BIG purchase and get to start calling this little corner of NC home!

Of course, since we’ll officially be neighbors, I *probably* should’ve added a disclosure into the contract stating that they are legally obligated to mind their business if they see me looking absolutely feral in Food Lion on a Saturday morning. 😂🤷🏼‍♀️

All jokes aside, I’m so thankful they trusted me to help them get here. There’s something extra special about helping people buy a home in the same community I love so much.

Another one CLOSED! 🏡🔑

This one started in one of my favorite ways… through another client. While we were helping them get to the closing table, they connected us with someone else who was ready to start his own home search. 🥹

He knew the general area he wanted to stay in, he knew his budget, and that was about it. No mile-long wishlist. No super specific “must haves.” Just a good ol’ fashioned we’ll know it when we see it kind of search.

And sure enough… we found it.

We drove through the gates of Carolina Trace (which has one of the BEST neighborhood entrances around here IMO 😂) and something just clicked. From there, he knew this was where he wanted to call home.

Now we’re officially CLOSED on 1487 Kentucky Ave and he gets to do exactly that. 🏡

There’s something pretty dang special about watching one client relationship lead to another and getting to help another person plant some roots here in NC. Forever grateful for the referrals, the trust, and the people who continue to send their people my way. 🤍

Sometimes it's not the words that get me... it's *who* they're coming from. 🤍

I've known this client for years. Life happened, we both got busy, and we hadn't talked in quite some time. Then one day he reached out, and it was like we picked right back up where we left off.

He told me he needed help and didn't want anyone else to do it.

I don't think people always realize what that means to someone in my position. There are so many Realtors to choose from, so when someone who has known you for years thinks of *you* first, that's something I'll never take for granted.

This career has shown me that sometimes it's the people you least expect who surprise you the most. The old friends, former coworkers, classmates, and acquaintances who quietly watch from afar until the day they need someone they can trust.

Thank you for trusting me with such an important chapter. Your kind words mean more than you know, and I'm so grateful our paths crossed again, this time helping you plant your next set of roots. ❤️
