This past month in real estate felt really special. Not even in a busy way… just in a wow, God was in all of this kind of way 🤍

🫶 I closed a rental listing with a repeat client, and one of my favorite parts is that she still calls me between deals just to talk market. She wants to know what’s really happening out here, and that trust means everything to me.

🫶 I also got to close with the SWEETEST family on their first home. Not just any home either… a brand new build in their dream school district. We started looking at older homes and somehow ended up exactly where we were meant to be. There were tears, prayers, and so many moments where we knew God had it handled.

🫶 I closed with a buyer moving from Charlotte to Carthage, which made me way too excited. We saw some wild homes along the way, but then we found Poplar Street. Quiet, tucked back, trees, privacy, good bones… it just felt right. I’m so excited to welcome a new family to town. Mariah and I do a lot together, so this one felt like second nature!

🫶 I had a family go under contract who I met on social media! We worked hard, stayed patient, and found the one that checked every box. Smooth deals like this are such a blessing.

🫶 Went under contract with PCS clients moving here from out of state. Lots of video calls, lots of being boots on the ground. We randomly checked out Vass one day and they fell in love with the cutest neighborhood. And yes… the pool helped. Working alongside Clio gives me such motivation. She is a unit!

🫶 Clio and I listed a really cool property in Aberdeen at 1010 Bion Butler Rd. Two dwellings on one property with so much opportunity. Such a fun one to market.

🫶 I also listed an investment opportunity in West End at 2391 Murdocksville Rd. Location is key here as it is in a very sough-after area. Come check it out!

One is a rental and the other two are buyers I’m assisting, and I’m just feeling really thankful to be busy helping people make big moves and big decisions!

Lately I’ve been walking through brand new construction watching houses come together from the ground up, while also touring older homes with the kind of solid bones and character you just don’t always find anymore. I genuinely love the mix of it all. Every client, every house, every story is different and I’m really grateful I get to be a part of it.
