“The Legacy” has officially CLOSED!! 🎉🔑
When JS Unlimited Properties first approached me about building homes, I knew right away that this builder was going to be different.
The very first thing he talked about was honoring God through his work — the quality, the craftsmanship, the integrity, and the desire to truly give people something they could be proud of when they purchased a home from him. And the list went on.
The point is, I knew he was going to be the kind of builder I could get behind.
Because let’s face it… the people I represent are, to some extent, a reflection of me and my business. If I were in Real Estate simply for the paycheck, then none of the things I mentioned above would matter.
But when you genuinely care about helping people make one of the largest investments of their lives, those things matter—a great deal.
Most people probably don’t think about it this way, and they may not realize that as a Realtor, I have the ability to choose the business relationships I take on. Just as much as a seller or builder is interviewing me, I’m interviewing them too.
And the more this builder talked, the more I liked what I heard. I truly believe this is the beginning of a great relationship.
Hence the name… “The Legacy.”
Legacy means:
• Tradition — something valuable passed from one generation to another.
• Impact — the lasting influence or reputation someone leaves behind.
In other words, a legacy is what we leave behind for others to remember, use, learn from, and build upon.
So although this particular home has officially CLOSED, I believe, by the grace of God, this is only the first of many more to come.
