One of my favorite parts of this job is checking on homes for clients who aren’t local yet.

Today I walked through their new build to make sure everything looks good as we prep our blue tape walk through.

Every cabinet, outlet, and detail gets a second set of eyes.

Location, location, cluck-ation 🐔

A stunning home, incredible finishes… and a chicken farm next door.
This is why we always check the surroundings—but honestly, this one is still a contender. Beautiful floors, dreamy stove, and every bedroom had a bathroom.
