Backyard visitor this morning! This is an Eastern Hognose. They try to look like a cobra by getting all flat and wide in the head and neck when you come near and they wiggle their little tail like they are a rattler. Then if you scare them they roll over and play dead!! Then wonder away later. This one is a baby! About 16” long.
