I believe it is my job to earn your business. How do you choose the right person for such an important job? Your best friend or relative may not always be the best choice. Sometimes, you need a stranger, who isn't afraid to tell you the difficult truth about your home or your budget. The best way I know to choose the right Realtor, is to sit down and really think about "What is the most important
thing to you as a seller or buyer?" The answer to that question is different for everybody. For some, price is all that matters, for others, it's having an experienced agent walk you through step by step, and for others it's timing. Whatever is most important to you, should be important to your agent and should be something they are good at. Interview multiple agents. Most of us have very similar marketing strategies. See if they listen closely to what you are saying and not talking over you to brag about themselves. Do they have experience in your neighborhood? Are they good with first time buyers or sellers? Are they tough negotiators? Whatever it is that you determined to be your most important goal, can they help you achieve that? I believe, that I am really good at listening and helping you achieve your goals as a buyer or seller. I love my job and the most important thing to me, is helping you to reach your specific goals when you are buying or selling your home. That is why, I NEVER FORGET YOU HAVE A CHOICE!
