I’m so excited to finally share something we’ve been working on for a while.

I’ve absolutely loved my time at KW and am so grateful for the people, relationships, and experiences that have come from it. But sometimes, the right next step is a new chapter — an opportunity for personal growth and the chance to build something alongside an agent I have so much respect for.

That’s exactly what led me here.

I’m joining forces with Kristen Moracco to launch The Foundry Group — and honestly, it feels like such a natural next step.

Kristen and I bring different perspectives, strengths, and ideas to the table, but we share the same approach: care deeply, think creatively, work hard, and have a little fun while we’re at it.

So we decided to build something together.

What changes for my clients? Honestly, not much — except better.

The same people you know and trust, the same relationships, and the same commitment — now with more ideas, more capabilities, more collaboration, and more ways to make great things happen.
