Fun fact about me.
I love interior decorating. Ask my husband how many times I rearrange a space to switch it up…he may just roll his eyes.
In high school, I thought I wanted to be an interior designer (thank you TLC trading spaces) took one course and it fizzled my love of it. But now, living and buying my own decor is a little love of mine. Ya girl can’t wait to have a beautiful home to decorate and share with y’all one day!!!

This is such valuable information to know and fully understand in this market. It’s the adult version of “it’s not you it’s me”. There are so many factors. But as an agent I will always ask WHY? Why wasn’t the offer good enough and go to town negotiating for my clients. Sometimes it’s a simple switch of a lender or a closing date. Keeping your option open as a buyer is key in this market!!!
