To my fellow agents... communication goes a long way in this industry... if you don't have an answer to a question that is asked, please don't leave me on read (yes I can see when you read your messages 99% of the time) a simple "I will find out for you and let you know" will suffice. I understand we are all busy, but I know for a fact that you probably scrolled TikTok at some point on the toilet today instead of answering messages. (I said what I said) My 4 year old communicates better than some of y'all.

I take my job seriously and protecting my clients will always remain the #1 priority. And if that means sending a double text... consider it already sent.
