This one is a great reminder that sometimes the smallest things can turn into something big.

This sale actually started with a simple letter in the mail. That conversation eventually turned into an opportunity where I had the privilege of representing both the buyer and the seller all the way through to the closing table.

Deals like this take communication, trust, and a lot of moving pieces behind the scenes, but when everything comes together it’s incredibly rewarding.
