Guess what, there are brick ranches in the OBX! This felt like a Virginia deal because of the architectural style. I don’t sell many homes on crawl spaces anymore like I did in Hampton Roads for so long. This is the third deal with this client. I know they will be so happy nestled in their tucked away ranch on the beach. ❤️ Repeat business is the best business!! 🥰

A little late posting, but this was a unique deal. It was an office exclusive listing, so you will not find it on the MLS. This particular transaction was seller representation only. They already had a buyer, and I handled the transaction from contract to closing coordinating all of the many details to go to the closing table.
