Another week has passed on the Sandbar, but this one hits different. πŸ’™
We lost our sweet Bodie this week – our beloved cat of over 16 years who crossed the rainbow bridge after her kidneys gave out. She was the sweetest girl, and if you've watched our YouTube channel, you've definitely seen her make appearances! 🐱
Bodie was more than just a pet. She was part of our family, part of our content, and part of what made our videos special. She'd nuzzle in for attention, walk right into shots, raise her paw for a kiss – she was our little agent of sorts, and she will be deeply missed. 😒
This week was rough. Really rough. But from a real estate perspective, we're grateful for some beautiful moments:
Had an incredible closing with some amazing multi-transaction clients who've become friends – and now they're our neighbors! πŸŽ‰ Huge congrats to Christi and Bill!
Got another client's condo under contract over in Manteo! 🏠
