Brown Sugar Roasted Salmon
Ingredients
4 (5 -6 ounce) norwegian salmon fillets, skin removed
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon black pepper, cracked
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup REAL maple syrup
1/4 cup mustard ( grainy or Dijon)
2 tablespoons dill, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Combine brown sugar, cracked black pepper and kosher salt in bowl. Mix well.
Rub salmon filets with brown sugar mixture, making sure to use all of mixture.
Let stand for 15 minutes in refrigerator covered lightly with plastic wrap.
Combine maple syrup, mustard and fresh dill in small mixing bowl; set aside.
Coat bottom of baking pan with 1 tbsp olive oil. Place salmon fillets in pan and drizzle with remaining oil.
Bake for 12 minutes or until cooked to desired temperature.
Remove from baking pan and drizzle salmon with maple-mustard-dill sauce.

The cake was gone by day two at my house at six. Everyone begged me to make another one.
Only 5 Ingredients
3-4 cups strawberries sliced
12-15 Whole Graham Crackers
1 1/2 pints heavy whipping cream
4-5 Tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Mix whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla
Line 8 X 8 pan with whole graham crackers.
Spread whipped cream on the graham crackers
Top that layer with sliced strawberries
Repeat this 2 times
Top with remaining strawberries
Chill in fridge approx. 3 hours.
Bring it out and say goodbye to it because it will be gone and it will become a memory…until next time.

Old oven peach cobbler
*ingredients:
°1 can peaches, sliced, drained
°1 cup Bisquick mix
°1 cup milk
°1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
°1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
°1/2 cup melted butter
°1 cup sugar
°Vanilla ice cream (optional)
* Directions :
Preheat oven 375 degrees
In an 8 x 8 baking dish, stir together the Bisquick mixture, milk, nutmeg, and cinnamon until well combined. Stir in melted butter.
In sized bowl, blend sugar & peaches. Pour peaches on cobbler's crust.
Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, or until crust is golden. Put vanilla ice cream on top

Fresh Apple Bread with Crunchy Streusel and Sweet Vanilla Drizzle

Ingredients:

1/2 cup softened butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups diced peeled a green apple
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
For the Topping:

5 TBSP cold butter
1/3 cup flour
2 TBSP granulated sugar
2 TBSP brown sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
For the Vanilla Glaze:

1 TBSP melted butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 TBSP milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a bread pan with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Cream butter and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add in eggs, milk, and vanilla and stir to incorporate. Mix in flour, salt, and baking powder. Fold in apples and nuts. Transfer mixture to prepared baking pan.
For the topping, combine all ingredients and mix with a fork or pastry mixer until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter in pan.
Bake for 55-60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the bread comes out clean. (Internal temperature of bread will be 200 degrees F when fully cooked.) Let cool. Remove from pan and drizzle the top with vanilla glaze. Slice and serve. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
