🏡 SOLD IN JUST 3 DAYS! 🔥

Multiple offers. Strategic pricing. One happy seller.
A lot of people will see this post and think, “That house sold fast.”

But what you don’t see is everything that happened behind the scenes.

🎯 We intentionally listed this home at $179,900, even though we knew my seller wanted more. After analyzing the market, we believed that pricing strategy would generate maximum exposure, create competition, and ultimately drive the price where we wanted it to go.
