Most self-employed people think getting approved is impossible once the tax returns come out.
That’s not always true.

A lot of business owners write things off the right way for taxes… but then wonder why the bank says their income is ā€œtoo low.ā€ That’s where people get stuck.

The reality is there are MORE loan options today than most people even know exist. Bank statement loans, alternative income programs, investor-specific products — the problem is most people never hear about them because they only talked to one lender or one bank.

For years, buyers only had one lane:

Now with VantageScore entering the conversation, some buyers are seeing:
