Compensation & Benefits: $23-26/ hour depending on experience. Health insurance & paid time off.
Schedule: Mon-Fri – Sometimes emergency after hours calls.

Job Description:
As a Maintenance Technician at Florian Properties, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with the Lead Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our properties. Your responsibilities will include:
-Assisting in the maintenance of commercial and residential properties.
-Conducting repairs and routine inspections.
-Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
-Utilizing property maintenance software on a smartphone for efficient tracking and reporting.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
-Knowledge of some of the following trades and skills: plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, doors & windows, wall repair, painting. Experienced in repairing and installing commercial roofing systems is preferred.
-Valid license and reliable transportation (truck preferred). Some travel required.
-Ownership of basic hand tools.
-Proficiency in using a smartphone and property maintenance software.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and acquiring new skills.
