Some lifelong family friends came to me with one goal: To get these two lovebirds into a home within six weeks before the new baby arrives. They were stressed and feeling discouraged with how their search was going with another agent. I was eager to get the job done for them and we looked at a lot of duds before we found the one.

This is the perfect first home for them and has been so well maintained. Such a great place to start a new family and I couldn’t be more excited for them. What an honor that I get to walk along side people moving through such major life events.

A lot of people I talk to aren’t actually stuck because of the market.

They’re stuck because nobody has sat down with them and said “here’s what this actually looks like for you.”

That’s why I love spending time meeting with potential buyers and sellers at what I like to call “strategy sessions.”

It’s just a fancy way of saying you set aside 25-30 minutes of your time (over zoom or coffee) and ask me alllllll your questions about buying and selling right now. The more specific you are to your actual scenario, the better.

Because then I’ll map out your next steps so you can walk away with a plan (with zero pressure to do anything about it, but hey, at least you’re not wondering anymore, right?)
