Had one of the best weekends in a long time with my dad—Disney’s Hollywood Studios, great food, and a little friendly competition on the water (he definitely showed me up on the tarpon). Grateful for the laughs, the stories, and the memories we made. Happy Father’s Day, Dad. You’ve still got the magic touch.

Enjoyed a great dinner last night with the wife. We went to Chama Gaúcha in Grapevine. Turned out to be the best Brazilian restaurant I have been too. Well except this one time I was in Orlando with KayCee and Daniel. But the service here was top notch and the company wasn’t too bad either.

…April? Really? Huh.

Why April?

…Oh, because homes sell for 1.9% more on average that month? Interesting.

Yeah, that definitely makes sense. More buyers, better weather, tax refunds—got it.

Well, in that case, I guess I’m getting my home listed this week!
