Here's a look at the current market. We are seeing a consistant increase in the properties that are having price decrease. This has been the same through the last few months. But what has changed is that we are seeing an increase in the number of new listings compared to last month. This gives buyers a lot to choose from. We are also seeing a high number in sells which is great for the sellers. What we are experiencing is a more equal market right now. The best time to buy or sell.
