The latest market numbers are in for Tarrant and Denton County, and we’re continuing to see a shift toward a more balanced market.

Inventory is up in both counties, giving buyers more options and a little more breathing room. At the same time, homes are taking a bit longer to sell, and closed sales are slightly down year over year.

What does that mean in real life?

For sellers, strategy matters more than ever. Pricing, presentation, and a strong launch plan are what separate the homes that move quickly from the ones that sit.

For buyers, this is an opportunity. More inventory and a slower pace can create room to be thoughtful and negotiate.
