If someone came to me and said, "I only have a $350K budget... is it even worth talking to a Realtor?" my answer would be absolutely.

One of the biggest misconceptions I see is that Realtors only work with luxury buyers or people with unlimited budgets. The truth is, every buyer deserves guidance, strategy, and someone who can help them understand what's possible.

Maybe that means finding a hidden gem in Fort Worth. Maybe it's discovering that their budget stretches further than they expected. Or maybe it's creating a game plan to get them where they want to be six months from now.

Scrolling Zillow → seeing overpriced homes → assuming everything decent is out of budget.

– Priced below what similar homes just sold for

The problem isn’t the market.
