We were recently asked what we do about large family portraits being in the shot and whether the client should take it down - I said no way! It'd look bare - so here is what we do when privacy is a concern and we don't want to draw attention to the family portrait, but rather the house itself... Top left picture is the original...

Gloomy weather? But the house HAS to be in MLS soon? No problem. We don't charge extra for touch-ups like this, in fact, it's standard. It's results-oriented photography.

One is a 1-shot non-edited image and the other is the final product (result of 7 different exposures and time in Photoshop & Lightroom).
