I’m not for everyone.

And honestly? I’m okay with that. 🤍

I’ve learned over the years that the best client relationships happen when you know what you value—and you’re willing to be yourself.

My faith is important to me. I’m going to tell you the truth, even when it’s not what you hoped to hear. I might cringe a little if you drop 4 f* bombs in one sentence. I’m probably going to notice the details other people overlook. I care a lot about doing things the right way.

And somewhere between house showings, inspections, negotiations and closing day… there’s a pretty good chance we’ll end up as friends.

Because for me, real estate has never been just about the transaction. It’s about the people, the relationships, and being someone my clients can trust.

So no, I’m not for everyone.

Don’t write off a house just because it’s been on the market for 30+ days.

One thing I’m seeing this year: average days on market are increasing. And that matters when you’re looking at a listing and trying to decide, “Why hasn’t this sold?”

The answer isn’t always something is wrong with the house.

Real estate is hyper-local. Days on market can look very different from one neighborhood to the next, depending on price point, inventory, condition, competition and buyer demand. One Southlake Neighbourhood may be sewing much slower than another neighborhood. Colleyville has some homes that are selling quickly, others that are sitting.

A home sitting for 45, 60 or even 90 days deserves a closer look — not an automatic pass.

Sometimes the best opportunity is the house other buyers have already overlooked.
