Previously a Regional Property Manager overseeing construction and lease ups of large apartment communities, Renee brings many of attributes to the single family side of real estate. Today she uses the attributes used for marketing large complexes to full capacity in record time to market homes for sellers and attention to detail for buyers. Renee worked with designers, architects, contractors, and landscape companies on a daily basis developing a keen eye for the details prospective buyers are looking for and expect. A skill was also developed for customer service and going above and beyond to make her tenants experience exceptionally comfortable, smooth, and seamless. This is exactly what level of service she trained her team of leasing agents and managers to give, it’s just part of who she is. Intending to become a REALTOR® right out of high school, Renee began studying and completed 450 hours in courses related to real estate and fulfilled her childhood dream of becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 1992. Although leaving the home sales side for a period of time she has been involved in some aspect of real estate for twenty-four years. Her love of helping people and the fast-paced, ever-changing environment of residential real estate lured her back to where her passion truly was. Always eager to learn more about the real estate world, Renee continues to take real estate classes on subjects such as negotiation and marketing in order to best serve her clients. Then she spends time researching to discover new and better ways to enhance her service with the most current resources and tools. When not assisting clients she enjoys boating, fishing, shopping and sports. She also gets satisfaction from traveling, the ocean, interior decorating and staging.
