She was affable, easygoing, and patiently answered all of our questions in a way that was helpful to us as first time homebuyers. My wife and I have worked with Gunilla since late 2015, I must say that she is the sweetest, and is great in what she does. Gunilla was very patient with our home search, she always took the time to understand our requirements in a home and always looked for obvious issues with each home that we viewed. After many showings and hours of her time spent, she finally found the perfect home for me and my family. The best part was we didn't even go for the showing when our home came on the market for the simple fact that we had worked with her so closely and trusted her good judgement. That's Gunilla!! I was in the market on-and-off for longer than 2 years. Gunilla stuck by me through the process and was completely understanding whenever I would decide to come out and go back into the market without the slightest sign of remorse. She did her best to respond to texts or emails ASAP, and did her best to come out and view houses with me regardless of the date and time of the day. Many times she drove out all the way from Southlake to view multiple houses with me late into the evening all the way in Carrollton, Farmers Branch, and North Dallas. She was respectful and understanding of my very specific criteria, and never pressured me or made me feel like I should "easen up" with what I wanted so that her work would be done as soon as possible. She stuck by me and continued to look at houses even at points when I started questioning myself for possibly being too critical. She was completely understanding if I couldn't warm up to a house even if everything looked good "on paper". Finally, we closed on a house that was even better than what I could expect, for a price better than what I was hoping for. Even the closing period turned out to be very tumultuous for various other reasons, Gunilla worked closely with me, sellers agent, and the lenders to make sure everything was on track.
