Collin County: +39.5% active listings, +12.1% closed sales
Dallas County: +15.4% avg. sales price, +29.5% active listings
Denton County: +14.6% closed sales, +5.8% avg. sales price
Rockwall County: +15.8% avg. sales price, +28.1% active listings
Tarrant County: +7.6% closed sales, +4.6% avg. sales price
As we step into 2025, the North Texas real estate market stands poised for what could be a transformative year. According to the Emerging Trends in Real Estate, a trends and forecast publication, undertaken jointly by PwC and the Urban Land Institute, the DFW Metroplex was recently named the nation’s top spot for real estate investment and development for 2025.
