Behind the scenes of 1919 Pollard Street

There so much that goes into introducing a home to the market.

Yes, I said introducing 😌

If you know me…. Then you KNOW I’m not going to just list a property 🧐

Each and every home has something that makes it special.

What I do is help others to see what that is and how it aligns with what they’re seeking.

That’s the simplified version of course. 💪🤓

So, what’s all involved in the process… lots of numbers and data, research, demographics, focus groups (I love a good focus group), a walkthrough of the property, pre listing appraisal, cleaning, and staging to name a few things.

Then and only then 😜 are we ready for photography and video.

Once we have the visuals in hand… the real work begins!

Preparing a home for sale requires quite a bit of work!

The Sellers did all of the heavy lifting, the interior of the home was very well put together.

I helped to add the finishing touches to ensure the home was photo shoot fresh making sure the windows were sparkling and fans were dusted.

This home is perfect for my client and we got them a great deal on price with concessions.

When I first got my license, one of my very best friends called me to say her coworker was considering selling their home and buying a new one.

She told me a little about a home they’d seen at an open house but didn’t have the address and said she would ask them.

By the time she got back to me…. I had found the house in the MLS with just a few clues. 😌💅🏾

I met with them and made a plan for selling their home and acquiring a new one. 🏡

We have since sold that property and built a custom home on acreage and I have helped their sister to find a home.

Their sister introduced me to the owner of this home pictured here.

Before they closed they introduced me to friends of theirs.

I enjoy the people I work with and they know other good people and have kept me very busy and I’m thankful.
