Our 5th Annual Summer Social at Hawaiian Falls is happening tonight, and we can’t wait to celebrate summer with all of you! ☀️🎉

The forecast may be bringing a little extra water to the waterpark, but don’t worry… we’re partying rain or shine! ☔😎 Bring an umbrella and your sense of adventure.

And here’s the best part: if lightning decides to crash the party and the park has to close early, every guest will receive a ticket to come back and enjoy Hawaiian Falls another day! 🙌

🎉 Congratulations to my seller on a successful closing day! 🏡

A few years ago, I had the privilege of helping him purchase this home, and now I’ve had the honor of helping him sell it as he starts an exciting new chapter with a job opportunity out of state.

I have to give him major credit because he absolutely knocked it out of the park when it came to preparing his home for the market. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and it showed from day one. His hard work paid off with a fantastic offer in less than a week of hitting the market! 🙌

🎉🏡 CLOSED and on to the next chapter! 🏡🎉

This closing was a fun one because it marks the second property I’ve helped these amazing clients sell as they continue liquidating their rental portfolio. Every property has a story, but this one came with a twist!

What started as a rental property caught the attention of a buyer who discovered it was commercially zoned. Instead of another investment property, this home is getting a whole new life as an office space for him and his wife. Talk about thinking outside the box! 🙌

Congratulations to my sellers on another successful closing and to the buyers as they bring their vision to life. I love seeing properties find the perfect next owner, even when it’s not the use anyone originally expected!

✨ Sometimes the stars just align! ✨

One of my friends heard that a family was looking for a Realtor so she sent them my way. After interviewing several agents, they chose our team, and I’m so thankful they did! ❤️

First, we tackled the sale of their current home. They worked incredibly hard getting it market-ready, and all that effort paid off with an accepted contract in just 6 days! 🙌

Then the fun began. We hit the ground running to find the perfect next home, and after a lot of searching, we found one that checked all the boxes and then some. 🏡

Now both sides are lined up, everything is moving forward smoothly, and this sweet family is one step closer to their next chapter. I couldn’t be happier for them!

What if I told you we rented an entire waterpark just for our friends, clients, and their families? 💦🎉

We’re making our 5th Annual Summer Social one to remember by renting out the ENTIRE Hawaiian Falls Waterpark in Roanoke for a private party on Sunday, June 14 from 6–8 PM! 🎉

That’s right… no general public, just an evening of water slides, lazy rivers, wave pools, and summer fun with some of our favorite people. ☀️🏄‍♀️

Want even more splash time? You can enter the park as early as 4 PM, but our private event officially begins at 6 PM.

⚠️ Space is limited and EVERY guest must be included on the RSVP, including kiddos. Feel free to invite close friends too—just make sure they’re added when you RSVP!

June’s checklist is here, and while I can’t promise I’m personally checking every item off this list, I can promise your house will appreciate it if you do.

✔️ Power wash and stain the fence
✔️ Get ahead of the bugs before they invite their friends
✔️ Flip those ceiling fans
✔️ Prep the grill for summer cookouts
✔️ Show your fences and gates a little TLC

Homeownership is basically a never-ending group project that you didn’t realize you signed up for. 😅

Be honest, are you a bathtub person or are you judging people who take baths? 😂

Some buyers walk into the primary bathroom and immediately ask, “Where’s the tub?” Meanwhile, other people are like, “Why would I ever sit in a giant bowl of my own water?” 💀

These homeowners were definitely Team Bath. The original tub wasn’t cutting it, so they upgraded to this massive soaking tub and honestly it looks like the kind of tub you accidentally disappear into for 3 hours with a candle and a snack tray. 😂

So now I need to know…
Are you a bath person or not? And if a house doesn’t have a tub in the primary bathroom, is that a dealbreaker for you? 👀
