I was born in Indiana but, as they say, I got to Texas as quickly as I could😉 I have spent most of my life in North Texas, where I grew up in the Grapevine area. I graduated from Southlake Carroll and went on to get my Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas in Denton. I currently live in North Richland Hills and love this community and all it has to offer. I enjoy spending time with my two adult children and cheering for the University of Texas Longhorns…Hook ‘em! I also enjoy relaxing with my 2 crazy pups and hiking in Colorado whenever I can. After many years in the medical industry, I made a life-changing decision to launch my career in real estate and have never had more fun. Working on one of the top real estate teams in North Texas has allowed me to fine-tune my skills and continue pushing the envelope to provide industry-leading service to my clients. Fun Closing Alert! 🎉🎉 WAY back in April 2017, Clint and Lisa White sold their N. Richland Hills home and bought a new home on acreage in Haslet working with me and my mom (Teri Rhodes Cantu). Fast forward to 2026 and now life calls them to the beaches of Florida near Daytona Beach! We were blessed to get their home under contract in 19 days and now we are closed and sold as they drive to their new home in Florida. It is a bit bittersweet for me as they are such great people and clients that I love having them here in Texas, but it’s exciting to see where their new life takes them!! All the best you two! And thanks to Stephanie Mooney and her team at Integrity Land Title for handling both of the transactions separated😆 by a mere 9 years!

Ever find something that you love and then it slips away and you can’t stop thinking about it? Today I helped a very sweet couple close on their DREAM HOME after they lost out on it through no fault of their own! They were working with an agent who ghosted them at the most critical time. They had finally found their dream home and their agent just disappeared. I connected with this devastated couple and went to work. This is DEFINITELY a case of “if it is meant to be, it will be.”

After some research, I found out that the home they had been dreaming 💭 of was contingent and the buyer hadn’t been able to contract on their home. So….I wrote up an offer and within a few days, this sweet couple was under contract. Today they got their keys and I am so thrilled for them.

😎You know what’s even cooler? There were multiple offers WAY OVER ASKING initially but my clients were able to contract at list price. 😱 So not only did this work out perfectly as it was supposed to, my clients were able to secure their dream home for LIST PRICE!

🔥The market is heating up again and interest rates are dropping, currently some rates are in the 5’s!!! 😵
