Local Texas Builder, NOBEL CLASSIS HOMES, Files for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.

"All total, I have injected approximately $1.1 million to get my company back on its feet," the company owner wrote in a letter to the court. "We are still in the process of trying to recover and currently still do not have the funds to pay this judgement."

Closed!! 🎉🎉🎉 I have worked with many agents on the buy and sell side over the past decade. I have to say that Marlene was a wonderful agent to work with. For those of you looking to list and sell your home - it’s imperative that it is staged and prepped properly for pictures and showings. I am also a certified Interior Designer. I do all of that for my listings and for others that just want their home given a facelift or freshening up with some new pieces. On this particular listing - I bought all new furniture and staging items throughout the home. There was some repurposed items we used but most all was new. In addition, there was painting, carpet and lighting we added. A very fun protect to work on and so thankful we got it closed.
